CONSTITUTION OF THE FOUNDATION adopted on SEPTEMBER 6, 2008 - This non profit organization shall be known as the SALISBURY FOUNDATION which will exist for the purpose of assisting various people needing financial or personal assistance such as; the elderly, the poor, children with no parents and the hungry and the sick. This foundation shall exist only in the Philippines and shall only serve those residents of the Philippines that meet the requirements for assistance. -The purpose of the organization is to generate private donations to provide food, health care services and other assistance that may be needed from time to time by the elderly and the orphans primarily but others may be available for assistance as well. -The Foundation will operate according to the rules and regulations established by the Government of the Philippines and shall operate on a Non Profit basis with government guidelines. -The Foundation is privately owned and has private financing in order to meets its goals and objectives and is not affiliated with any other organization and does not seek to be a Public Corporation either profit or non- profit. The foundation will begin with one employee and does not plan to become responsible qualified assistance for no more than 50 people initially. -Meetings of the Foundation will be held quarterly so that a reciew can be conducted to asses the progress of the goals established at the first meeting. A budget review will be held monthly to be sure that the Foundation can provide the assistance that it believes is important to accomplish. -Executive Director shall initially be AMIRAH LABE. BY LAWS OF THE FOUNDATION -This foundation has the following purpose for its existence: 1.) The foundation shall engage in activities that benefit the poorer members of society which mainly consist of senior citizens and children younger than 16 who do not live at home with their parents. 2.) The sick who cannot afford adequate medical attention and are therefore unhealthy and/or unable to care for themselves. 3.) Families who are headed by a single non working parent and young mothers who have children but are unable to care for them. - The Salisbury Foundation will provide assistance as needed in the form of medical attention and equipment to those in need and will provide money to help children stay in school and have the proper nourishment to maintain their health. Children will also be provided with vaccines as required by law. Food will be provided to Mother's who need food for themselves and their children. Equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers will be provided to seniors as needed and recommended by the nursing home staff.
